I just put these on my Tesla Model X, replacing Michelin Crossclimate tires. The first thing I noticed is they are MUCH quieter than the Michelins. Now I have 500 miles on them and I'm getting an unbelievable 13% more range, adding 30 miles to my 90D battery range. I'm shocked to be now using 330 kW/mile. I was using 379 kW/mile on the Michelins. I don't know how long they will last but I can wholly recommend these tires.

Wish the video would have been clearer. I was trying to see if all of the sips go the full depth of the tread. Because if not, after a year or two those sips will wear away and traction is reduced considerably.

They are good. Rubber is a little soft so they tend to huck rocks. Very good in rain no hydroplaning, I'm also in a 9000lb truck. Overall I'm happy with them.

Hello, I currently have Pirelli on the rear axle and front axle. The front axle has 225 tires It's good for another season, but I need new tires on the rear axle, 255, does it make sense to put the Sailun on the rear axle now, or is that not compatible with the Pirellis at all. What do you mean, Vehicle is a Honda S2000

Been trying to get some of these and they are not easy to find. I went to the only dealer for them in my area and they had no idea what I was talking about.
I had Michelin all seasons premium top of the line (PREMIER MXV4) passager tires proudly made in CANADA. Haha! Great famous performance with a big famous name. It actually drives pretty good. Everything went south👎👇 In only 3 1/2 years dry rots with only about several hundreds of fine cracks lines on all sidewalls of all 4 tires smiling at me. Brought it back to COSTCO with its famous posted black and white powerful warranty behind their beans counter. They blamed me for all the dry rots and all the sidewalls cracks. With a big no no instore warranty claim or adjustment. They asked me a double sword question of " Do you use tire shine or not?" Guess what ? I said " YES". He replied back " You shouldn't be supposed to use any tire shine or rubber preservatives products ." They give me Michelin's own representatives toll free number to deal with me. The Michelin Co. representative tells me to go to one of their independent privately owned tire shop near me to get another evaluation. Guess what? The same tire dressing question? He ask me do I use any tire shine products again. I quickly realized it's a double-edged sword question. If you use tire dressing products, it means you are using chemicals are a no-no for the Michelin tires. If you said you don't use tire dressing products, which means you don't take care of your tires. It ends up another no and forfeit warranty claim. Then the Michelin tire rep, give me another tire shop located much farther away from this location for me to get another evaluation for warranty claim. I realize this is just another RUNABOUT GAME Michelin played to F#*k me up to get rid of me from warranty claim. No warranty claim on a 5 years FAMOUS Warranty. I will never look at MICHELIN tires again after this HALL OF SHAME GAME 🎮 they played on consumers like me.

Got 31s on my 03 blazer zr2. Got 30k miles on them and they still have over 50 percent tread left. Great in snow. I rarely have to use 4wd. Ride quiet on highway. Very impressed with them.
@hypermatrix89995 жыл бұрын
The tire design itself isn't bad. Keep in mind that Sailun didn't design the tire tread. It was purchased from more expensive producers who retired the design. What Sailun is responsible for, with regard to performance, is the material used. For example, the General Altimax Arctic tires, which were amazing, were an old Nokian tire design. They made the same tire, using ultra soft rubber. This made it actually better in snow/ice than the original Nokian tire, but also made it wear out a lot more quickly. So as far as judgments go, it's fair to be skeptical. But these tires were made with almost no R&D cost. They're older generation than current high end snow/winter tires from more reputable brands. But the differences in design result in minimal performance differences. As long as Sailun doesn't use cheap material and manufacturing practices, their tires will work very well. And it appears as though they're trying to be on the higher end of the chinese manufacturer list. Does that translate into great tires? I don't know as I haven't personally tried these out. But...the Sailun Blazer is definitely on the short list for my next winter tire purchase. p.s. this tire design borrows heavily from the Kumho Wintercraft line.
