incredible. The first time I ever witnessed a Haka when i was 15, I was shook in the best way possible. It was beautiful and intense at the same time. Still to this day at 40 years old, I still get chills when I watch people do one.

When they started yelling Merry Christmas I could not help but cry for those brave boys. I watched them exchange greetings and hand shakes and watched a tear fall from my nose. Maybe none of those boys needed to die, may GOD BLESS THEM ALL BOTH SIDES. I AM AMERICAN AND I LOVE THE HAKA.

I have half caste maori mates who left New Zealand 30 years ago to play rugby and work building storage units in Los Angeles and San Diego. They never came back, became supervisors, and both now have quarter maori american children. One mates three kids all speak maori in an american accent. They learnt from on line teaching from their aunties over the years.

I am honored to convey to you, my dear brothers and sisters, the message of our great Commander, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who founded the Republic of Turkey. Letter from Atatürk to Anzacs; “Those heroes that shed their blood and lost their lives …You are now lying in the soil of a friendly country. Therefore rest in peace. There is no difference between the Johnnies and the Mehmets to us where they lie side by side in this country of ours. You, the mothers, who sent their sons from far away countries, wipe away your tears. Your sons are now lying in our bosom and are in peace. After having lost their lives on this land they have become our sons as well.” ......

This relates back to how it's possible to create peace in one day, and the director is questioning why can they make peace for one hour but then break it the next day. It reflects to how austria and serbia should've worked this out diplomatically rather than war so millions wont die. The director's intentions was to show that war is senseless and peace is possible yet they choose not to.
