That means the skin chosen on the player is of higher resolution than that on your monitor. You can choose a skin with lower resolution by clicking (from within Virtual DJ) on CONFIG, then Skins Tab.

Ensure to close the Virtual DJ player right before you relaunch the default screen resolution.
