One question. Why don't you just use Direction lock instead of keyframing the whole video?

I've tried this - it just doesn't work for me. I turn it on, choose the direction, and then the export is in a completely different direction; unusable.

just curious how u became so fit? i know the obvious is train, but i cant run uphill at all for more than about 100 - 200m without feeling absolutely gassed. i completely breakdown with everything uphill

Most hills I don't run. The key in training is to do mostly easy (80%+ of your volume), with a little bit of hard/hills (~10%). Start with short bursts, like 10s x 6 with a 1-min break.

I’ve never run this route but next time this Gauteng-er is in CT I will give it a try. Northern Farm is my favourite Gauteng trail and it is currently in full ashtray mode after a veld fire

Nobody saw my website and I know now that starting with a website is wrong. You must start by solving the problem / delivering the product to at least one person, and only then worry about marketing
