Came back from seeing it!!! So great. Funny, emotional, lot of surprises. I gotta mention the story of this family, it seriously can also make a sitcom. All the punch lines, twists, and turns. GO SEE CULT OF LOVE!!!!

I was lucky to see Asmik in the Carnegie Hall recital and in her Berkeley recital! What a talent! In Berkeley (where people were largely unfamiliar with Asmik), the audience was absolutely transfixed--not a peep from the audience--no one expected this. Asmik is a gift to opera--a consummate artist. Brava, Brava, Brava 👏👏👏👏

No low notes at all...the only good note was c#6 at the end, but totally boring dull singing with nasal constricted little sound. This is not Lady Macbeth, this is a weaker Liu

Wonderful evening at the MET. I was there too in the side boxes. Great sound and super sensational orchestra. Please NOT ANOTHER 11 years until we hear this opera again
