They had contracted security patrol the property overnight, but they also handled noise complaints without calling the cops. Do they have something like that there? For a property manager to not be okay with you reporting a noise issue that went on for days and to call you a 2 year old is completely unprofessional. It doesn’t matter if the other tenant lived there for 15 years with no complaints. And to send a man to your apartment without notice??? I think you should report her to management. It is the property managers job to deal with noise complaints especially in rental properties and one who lives on-site. Record the noise for proof. You can call the police non emergency line and report for noise disturbance if your property manager doesn’t do anything about it. Contact the management company to speak to a higher up and find out who the owner of the building is and write a formal complaint if it continues and the pm doesn’t do anything about it. Also it’s not ok for her to say you’re acting like a 2 year old - if she continues with this type of behavior, look up your rights. She needs to keep it professional.

Hey I don’t know what your furniture budget is but sometimes it’s worth it just to pay extra at places like pottery barn, etc to have it arrive full assembled or assembled for you at your place once delivered. They will do it perfectly and if it’s not perfect will replace. It can save a lot of headache and aggravation even though it will he more.

Ahh the guy you put together the furniture for you just annoyed me to the core 😂 he just sucked at this job. This is why I just buy furniture with nice Mexican people who own furniture shops because they will build it for you carefully and bring it to your home ready for you. And they will find any furniture piece you are looking for lol. Try looking into one of those furniture shops Jenny 😂 don’t add more stress to your life. ❤

6:40 omg my boxes looked just like this too! As much clear packing tape I used and it was sticking at the time. By the time it got to us it was peeling. I wonder if they sale the kind of “tape” Amazon uses for their boxes with some type of thread running through it. You’re doing great at unloading your things and finding a space for it, Yay to more room to store your things!
