Thank you for being realistic, I had no idea this recovery was going to be this hard. This Faja is hell. I'm on my 4th week, still have drains in place, battling constipation, difficulty getting in and out of bed, feet swell. Sleep most of the day. I look forward to the 3rd Month mark. Finally a surgeon who tells us like it is.

A Dr told me re vertical thigh lift when he does the liposuction the great saphenous vein gets damaged as gets in the way, so it then dies off, this is when he does the surgery.

Hi first off before you start doing anything with the navel you need to find out if that navel is an erroneous Zone for that person. If so you cannot be cutting it and relocating it and sawing it back or reattaching it at a new location. Because that will ruined all the feeling in that navel. And like one person has already commented they were about to sue because they were not informed, And I'm quite sure you do not want to ruin someone's sexual life that could result in a lawsuit.🤔😎

Finally someone is honest. I was lied to, and I have regret this many times. I am almost 8 weeks post op😑 had Lipo 360 and TT and oh God my lipo incisions hurts every time I take my faja off. 😢 and when i have faja on other part hurts… this is torture…I haven’t slept well all this time… oh my 5 more weeks for me to feel better 😑😭 ugh!!!!

I like to ask a question? I had a tummy tuck and I was suppose to get a vertical thigh lift but instead they did a crescent thigh lift which caused pulling the vaginal wall apart and causing what they called webbing. How would I go about getting the vaginal section fixed and looking normal again

i didn't even think about that as a complication I should worry about. Dont go back to the same surgeon if he makes you pay for it, i had something similar. the redo was a waste of time and money. I'm sorry you had that result, I hope it can be fixed.

@@venustreat701 I had a breast aug, the agreement was to put them (partially) under the muscle and I needed a specialty size since I'm small framed I have a malformation that leaves me with almost no breast tissue, so I want going for something crazy , just a good sized b cup without the "bolted on" look. Second operation and they still aren't under the muscle and the implants are the same type he used the first round , he didn't even give me a new "tag" so I'm not even sure he replaced them. I don't have trust to go to another surgeon. I'm stuck with barely an a cup and outlines. I wonder where they're going to get the flaps from in your case I hope you can get a few more opinions before proceeding .

By far, THE MOST PAINFUL SURGERY!!! Don’t take this lightly. The recovery is pure HELL. Yes, it’s great to get rid of sagging skin but are you ready for 6-12 months of pain and physical limitations?! I would definitely NOT do it again.

I had a tummy tuck and he pulled too far up that my clitoris and opening from my bladder are wide open. Can they use thigh skin and put it back in the pelvic area to hide the clitoris it is causing infections

Currently underwent the fleur de lis and I can say after 2.5 weeks I'm feeling alot like myself still haven't been able to stand straight when walking. I can definitely sit up straight tho. Scar is healing quiet nicely and I still have my binder on no faja use till after my 4 week appointment.

My biggest concern is the scar. I had total replacement on both knees and my scar is barely visible. I would love that with my arms. He used to derma bond type product instead of stitches and my scars are virtually impossible to detect.

Definitely not too old. If you have significant loose skin you should get an Abdominoplasty. If you mainly have fat with tight skin then liposuction may be enough. You need to see a qualified surgeon to give you all the options and assess you properly. Dr Beldholm

Can you explain about the calcification of the breast fat? Does that look different in a mammogram compared to breast cancer?

Calcification happens when the fat does not survive and the body puts down calcium in the dead tissue. It used to be difficult to distinguish from cancer on mammograms and ultrasound. However modern ultrasound & mammograms should be able to distinguish these. Dr Beldholm

Thank you for your question. I have not had any feedback from patients that they are struggling with this aspect. You are able to move your arms and wipe after. There will be some discomfort after surgery. Dr Beldholm
