105...come on. It gets over 110, particularly last summer. As a former Floridian, it is much hotter here. But less humid, and in the fall and spring, unlike Florida, it cools more in the evening and mornings.

@@banne8834 the weather between Texas and Florida is quite different. Getting over 110 degrees in the San Antonio are does happen, just not as often as it would seem. You get over 105 degrees and it’s just HOT. If the humidity is high as well, people start dropping if they’re outside for long.

Hello, I’m just wondering, have you always lived in Texas? I’m from Southern California, our daughter was born & raised in California & recently purchased a home in Converse. She’s only been there 2 years. & when we have visited in February, July, November & December, we definitely see, or should I say feel the weather difference from S. Cal. I’ve had a great time visiting Texas. but not too sure if we’d move there. Thanks for making this video I’m really enjoying it. 😎✌🏼🤠

@@roseguerrero977 thanks for watching and providing the feedback. We have lived in South Central Texas our whole lives. The weather is all over the place at times. There are also times in the Spring and Fall when it can be really nice. The San Antonio area has a lot to offer though!

@@ManifestMoon yes…yes it does. When the population grows as quickly as SA has over the past 10 years, construction is a major problem. All major highways are under construction. I look at their predicted completion dates and all I can do is laugh!

@@sammieseoul5544 thanks for watching! Georges Ranch is in the Boerne area. They’ve picked only 3 builders to build luxury homes on acreage homesites. The current price range starts in the $800’s and goes over $2mil. They will also sell lots and you can bring your own builder. Is there something specific you’re wanting to know?

I visited Ventana a month or so ago and loved many of the homes but looking for more space (land) but ideally within a community.

@@sammieseoul5544 we’re actually filming in Esperanza right now. Georges Ranch has a while to go before they’ll have any models open. That’s definitely where you’d want to be though. Where do you live now?

Thanks for watching! Unfortunately, none of the homes in Veramendi will have water frontage. In this area, you wouldn't necessarily want to be right on the water anyway due to occasional flooding and the increased cost of required flood insurance. There are many places in the area where you can easily access the water though and plenty of places to enjoy water sports as well as water parks. Are you planning on making a move?

@@raparsi all of the incorporated areas have noise ordinances that require quiet after 10pm till about 6am-8am. That being said, there are those who don’t care about ordinances. It all depends on where you want to live. San Antonio is the 7th largest city in the country, yet there are numerous smaller communities surrounding SA. We too love our peace and quiet. We live is a town called Schertz which is just northeast of Bexar County. Thanks for watching and subscribing. Are you thinking about making a move?

Y'all heavily underestimated Galveston travel time and overestimated South Padre imo. You can definitely get to South Padre in 4.5 hours most of the time, but galveston you are never getting to in 2.5 hours lol That's about a 4 hour drive without traffic and barely shorter than the South Padre drive and goes right through Houston!

Charles you are absolutely correct. Thanks for watching the video. It does take about 4.5 to 5 hours to get to Galveston depending on how many stops you make. There is no secret about this place. The entire world knows about and moved here ,destroying my once beautiful little town. You can't even see the dang water anymore because there's so many ppl on the river. I thank God I was able to enjoy it before it became the insanely over populated monster.😢 should be a sin what they let happen to this town.

We totally understand how you feel. We are both born and raised in San Antonio. We left San Antonio just over 8 years ago and decided to move "far away" to Schertz. Progress comes at a cost and right now, it appears the cost outweighs the benefits. It's still a much better place to live than others. New Braunfels has seen its share of real crazy growth.
