Me every time someone says the words Andrew Jackson: “IN THE MAIN FOYER OF THE WHITE HOUSE HAD A BIG BLOCK OF CHEESE”

I Don’t Like Mondays is a weird song to pick for the post-pipe bomb theme; the song was written from the perspective of a mass murderer.

The block of cheese that Leo was referring to was actually only 1400 lb and it was left in the white house for 2 years to age before the public was allowed to come and eat it ... Dr.Cuddy is a goddess ❤️

Oh joy, a very personal Wingnut compilation! Mine mostly make me cry.😢 My favourite scene is the debate - "... can we have it back please."

As much as I love this show and most of the characters - the who-da-man thing makes me throw up in my mouth every time I see it - the writing, the acting, the whole concept…🤢 And who the f*k says “I had root canal!” instead of “I had *a* root canal” - is CJ suddenly from New Zealand or something? Speaking of wtf - I can’t be the only person who had never heard of (before or since) ‘The Jackal’ - what a weird sequence. “Ok gang - pretend you all know and love this song so much that watching a bad lip sync is really awesome” - I was going to say - there can’t be that many urban jazz fans in the White House - but if there are that many Gilbert & Sullivan fans, maybe I’m wrong…

I think it would’ve been great if the narrator was a disembodied voice for the first act, and then when the characters finally notice him in the second the camera just panned slightly to the side where he’s standing barely out of frame lmao

My favorite line is from the first state of the union: Bartlett: This is a typo, right? It’s supposed to say stronger? Sam: What does it say? Bartlett: I’m happy to report that the country is a lot stranger than it was a year ago.

14:19 Aaron Sorkin had this weird obsession with the non-existent title "Her Royal Majesty". He used it several times throughout the first four seasons, but none sounded as painful as this instance springing forth from an English character

Of course the writing is what made this show good. Particularly since the writers let the liberals win. I’ve always thought that people who really love fiction are more likely to be liberal. So of course they wrote the show for them.

Not remotely. Bartlet when he fired Leo. Mandy’s client when he told her he was ignoring her advice. Toby when he got Joe to visit the chief justice in hospital.

I was dating a very attractive blonde during the WW original run. I would record it at her house and she started watching it with me. It became a quote-a-thon whenever we were together. We worked at the same location and i was scheduled to work during the final episode. I found a conference room with a TV and she came into work so we could watch it together. I haven't seen her in years and I've been married for over a decade, but I'll start watching WW clips and remember the time we spent together as some of my best memories.
