What will you do with all these ‘dots’? I watched this hoping to get info on melting pony beads into sun catchers.😔😔😔
@TheCoutureCrafter8 ай бұрын
I will add them as decorations to flowers or similar to Nuvo drops as accents on the page. 3 dots in one corner, etc. Not sure about melting into Suncatchers. I have had some that melted together. These are opaque and not sure that you would get any reflection.

What are you using to put the stamps on! And how do you get them to stick to whatever tool it is? Sorry I’m a newb!
@TheCoutureCrafter Жыл бұрын
Hi Jill thanks for watching and joining this awesome creative community. I am using an acrylic block and the silicone/acrylic stamp adheres by suction. If yours doesn’t stick clean the stamp or the block. You can also create your own stamping platform. I have a video on that using a cd/dvd case. Happy stamping. There are additional stamps now available from that store.

Thanks for watching. They are fun to use. If you purchased one before she started using the pattern on the tool, I have a video of how to make your own. That is what I did on the star pattern.

Thank you very much for this tutorial. For the amount of money these punches cost they should have a warranty. So many of them get stuck. Not just this brand either.
@TheCoutureCrafter Жыл бұрын
You are welcome and I totally agree. I have had the punch for awhile but had only used it a few times. Thrilled that this one could be repaired. I have an EK Success punch that won't close. That will be my next project.

Pretty cool. I have a die like that I think its a circle. That doesn’t cut around the circle. It leaves a a 1/8 area un cut. i wonder if it would work if ai took it apart ?
@TheCoutureCrafter Жыл бұрын
I don't see where it would hurt. It could be that a piece of paper is stuck and preventing good contact or some buildup of gunk from any coating on papers you've been cutting. I took mine apart b/c it wasn't working anyway and I figured it would be a learning experience. Good luck with yours.

What brand do you use for fertilizer? And do you have any suggestions on how to keep the insects from eating up my Collard leaves.
@TheCoutureCrafter Жыл бұрын
Hi KLee, this year I had to resort to tag teaming with Neem Oil and Sevin Dust. I apply the Neem Oil after it has rained or after sunset. The dry days I used Sevin Dust. I advise a respirator and gloves when using the dust. I LOVE being organic but the heat this summer had me using the dust. You can sprinkle it using an old fashioned sifter instead of the large holes from the container (hence the mask). I have only found 4 critters this year. Good luck with your gardening. I am harvesting for a 4th time this hear. Need to edit and post my videos.
@TheCoutureCrafter Жыл бұрын
Sorry for not answering the entire question. The fertilizer I use is a granular one: Vigoro Tomato and Vegetable plant and I amend the soil with Black Kow manure, spent coffee grounds and Earth Worm Castings. Hope this helps.

yes georiga collards seeds thanks for the advice
@TheCoutureCrafter Жыл бұрын
Jane are they in ground? If potted what soil are you using? Direct or indirect sunlight? If they are straining to reach the light this will account for them becoming leggy. Also thin them out and keep only the strongest ones. You may have already done this. Also touch the seedlings. Run your hands across them at least once a day. That's what the elders always said to do for small gardens.

I have trouble growing collards from seed they get tall and flop over and never get much leaves what am i doing wrong .
@TheCoutureCrafter Жыл бұрын
hi Jane. I am so sorry that is happening to you. I have been filming my collards journey this year and am about to 'harvest' my fifth yield this season. Make sure you are pruning the leaves. I know it is hard, but you gotta remove the young leaves to give the stalks a chance to thicken so they can support the weight of larger leaves. I wanted to create ONE video of my process, but now I might need to edit and upload what I have. Hopefully this will give you some insight into what to do for yours. Do you know what type of seed you have?

Hello Veronica, I have only just discovered your videos. You do a wonderful job of explaining step by step in an easy to understand manner. The two videos I've watched are both 12 years old, are you still making and posting instructional card making videos?
@TheCoutureCrafter Жыл бұрын
Hello Michele and thanks so much for learning from my content. I am glad that you enjoyed the Vee-dios. I am still creating, only not posting as much. I do have some newer videos posted as part of some hops I participated in. I am doing craft fairs and making items to sell at those events. My current endeavor is creating mini albums and totes. After inviting me over 11 years ago to become a YT partner, YT removed my partnership and so I am less inclined to record, edit and post my projects. If you decide to subscribe remember to hit the notification bell as I have several filmed but i need to edit and post. Happy crafting.

@TheCoutureCrafter Жыл бұрын
Hi Ingrid, could you tent the tray with some aluminum foil. You would probably need to reduce the baking time as the foil will hold heat. Do a bit of experimenting and let me know your results.

Wouldn’t everything fall out if it’s not held horizontal?
@TheCoutureCrafter Жыл бұрын
hello Debbie. I stacked my container box with two trays inside. I just went and gave it a shake. The bottom tray contents did not shift at all. The top tray did and that was for those where I created a really large surface area. The lid fits snugly on top and the wells that were filled and small kept the contents separated. I do store mine horizontally tho.

I like the plastic card bags better than the Wilton. The Wilton doesn’t seem to have the same stiffness. I can’t find the other bags . If you could mention where you got them, that would be helpful. I love your designs. Very cute!

The cello bags were either picked up at Tuesday Morning when they had them or I ordered from Clear Bags. Hope this information helps.
