I’ll have to check the labels because I did dozens of these and I didn’t check for 100% cotton. I just assumed all flannels are. What happens if they are not 100% cotton?

I really love these jackets. I'm working on my 3rd one! However, I don't have a dress form, and 3fibd it easier to remove and replace one panel at a time. If the fabric is not washable, you won't get the frayed look. But it is just a lot easier for me to manage when the "frame" is more stable.

I started on the jacket...I am using 2 flannel shirts that match perfectly, yesterday I bleached both shirts and they came out a nice shade of brown, I have some brown velour fabric and might make the sleeves and ruffle with that?? it will definitely be a fall jacket, but I live in Canada and that will be perfect!! and I've been busy cutting out roses and flowers! I hope your sewing machine was easy and cheap to fix..lol..
