The abarths have a recirculation valve and a wastegate actuator. The wastegate regulates how much boost is generated from the hot side of the exhaust. The recirculation or blow off valve regulates how much pressure is in the intake piping when the throttle is closed. The actuators don't really need to be replaced as you can increase their duty cycle in the tune to achieve more boost. However the recirculation valves are made of plastic and are prone to leaks under higher boost so it's worth getting an aftermarket one made of metal and rated for higher psi.

The backpressure myth comes from 2 stroke engines. 4 strokes don't need any backpressure.

Those new pistons look as though they have deeper dishes. That's going to lower your CR and kill your low end torque, and possibly even give you turbo lag.

I didn't understand the IQ what need to be ? On my a3 8l 1.9tdi ahf 110 horses i on purfect timing, but my IQ are little big i'ts 6,2 mg/s, and cold start are not good. What i need to do ? to put down this 6.2mg's to about 3.0-4.0 ?

No mate the IQ is suppost to be between 3.0 to 9.0 so, your is just fine. I also had this problem on my ahf. I found that my tdi timing was off, because the arsehole mechanic that did my timing belt did not set the tdi timing properly. Its simple. Leave it on group 000 and press go then a tdi timing will occur on the bottom when using vcds. Then select the drop down link and choose the right engine and a graph will show u where u are. They are plenty of youtube videos on how to do it. This guys video is not very good to be honest. Its quite shyt. Try what i told u. It shud work

My '02 1.9 ALH is reading 2.5mg/str and it also has some trouble cold starting. Gonna try bumping it up to 3-5 range and see if that helps. Guy before me also messed around with it so I gotta fix it all

I have had this 3 times now.... Kinda sick of it now i bought a new engine every time and turns out 210hp is to much for those pistons when driven REALLY hard with a stage 1 tune. but i think i need different software again i already changed it with the 2e engine and it's still not going well...

5 Th engine now... finally found the problem = SHIT TUNER. I tried 8 tuners!!!!! Shame on the Tuning community for real! After it got a real tune from Revlimit it now has more power but uses A LOT more fuel turns out it was all Running way too Lean when boost kickes in... Also went back to the wanna be tuners yess all 8 of them to put shame on their name and made every single customer leave their stores one by one. If you can't tune never say you can and cause Thousand of Dollars in damage!
