Thank you! I really enjoyed it. By the way, do you have any recording of Zimmerman's Liszt sonata B minor except the album? I looked EVERYWHERE and couldn't find a single one. I really think his particular interpretation of Liszt sonata so I so much want to listen to his live recording if possible.

@@KrystianZimerman-fe2by I have Zimerman's brahms second concerto recording from 1984 with Hans Vonk and RCO. (it's from broadcast so pretty good sound quality considering the time gap). I don't know if you'd like it but I also have Seong jin Cho's Liszt sonata performance live recording from 2020 which is considered as a legendary performance among fans. If you're interested, wanna exchange?

Krystian is unreal. I never heard another pianist reaching his level of perfectionism. Ofc there are some pianists that gets closer, like Pollini, Gilels, Richter, Ashkenazy, but Zimmerman is him

If I were none the wiser I'd think that's the ghost of Frederick Chopin as a youth playing his own composition! Such delicacy and respect towards the instrument, selflessness, and a kindred feeling towards his own incredible technique. Magnifique!

So this is a very young Zimerman; I would love to listen to his interpretation of this piece now, as an older musician. I remember what he said in an interview: the piece grows with you, it matures as you enter adulthood, maturity and even old age.
