I’ve watched many,many trials with this attorney. As long as Primovic has been an attorney you would think she would be effective for her clients. Her work shows no interest in her clients. She appears to just “come to work”. I really feel bad for her clients.

It is so clear to me after watching David Lowman's testimony that he works for Fani. His eye and body language all tell me he is disdainful of this hearing, has no respect for the procedings. He is arrogant, flippant and downright condescending.

What is up with the Attorney from Michigan! He is full of himself “ if I had tried this case I would have gotten him off” he does not know that with any certainty. He may think he could but there is no way he could know that 100%. I personally don’t like him, I think he is a jerk.

This is why people in the Ga. Counties need to understand WHO they are voting for. First: She is Not a Judge, like the Chief Judge, she is a Probate Judge. A probate Judge handles the paperwork tasks of minor misdemeanors, marriages, etc. she doesn’t sit on a bench. Second: She was an elected official ( or is), and her position requires no particular experiences, nor a law degree. All she had to do to qualify, was register to run as a Probate Judge, and pay her registration fees within the required time. The voters of Douglas County can vote her out, just as she was voted in.

All due respect to Mr. Pritchard Sr and his theory that music is the root cause of the violence in our society, but WRT his son I think at least part of the problem is the degree of exposure to religion, behind which his son hides and for which his son has no respect. What kind of person brags about finding God and then preconditions remaining faithful on a judge's mercy?

I don't think she had any concept of the role of a probate judge from the beginning. Who chose her for this job and what school awarded her law degree considering she possesses zero critical thinking skills?? Proves again why a college education in 2024 is a farcical theft.

Looks like Miss Probate Judge here is yet another young black woman incapable of asserting her power without bias of some sort. Years of CRT training(?), oppression and racism brainwashing has created people unable to hold high level positions of power over others in an open and fair manner, i.e. Fanni Willis, Leticia James, Tiffany Henyard, this judge and a long list of others. It is time to remove skin color check box from qualifications required for ANY job and award positions according to experience, education and character instead. I don't care what color you are. I DO CARE whether you can be fair and unbiased in our dealings.

@ScoobyFahmi92220 күн бұрын
Here again is the reason of not going pro se. Mr Pritchett is asking absolutely the wrong questions to the detective who him. This should have been a whole brief in front of the judge of how this detective was more prejudicial than probative considering that they're bringing in a completely different other crime

It was a bit of a giveaway when the only question "the accused" asked all day to a witness was "What color were your Air Jordan's?" I think he thought the shoes that they stole were a different color than the ones in the picture, but the witness explained how the black light made them look more green than they actually were...

The accused is special needs I think. How is he going to turn down a plea agreement that basically runs his sentence concurrent to be represented by Jesus Christ and himself and he has no real argument of defense. That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard because I guarantee you Georgia has good time and 20 years is not 20 years. He might do 5 or 10. See the parole board and get out but now he's risking a life sentence that is idiotic and all he can say is jurisdiction jurisdiction jurisdiction. I haven't seen all the evidence. That's your own fault. The judge is done amazing by tolerating this nonsense but I can already tell this guy is screwed. I bet he's sitting in prison right now. Regretting every action he did in court . And this is what happens when you get a sovereign citizen who claims they know the law better than lawyers and judges. It applies to everybody. If you have one foot on us soil they have jurisdiction over you. Sovereign citizenship means nothing really other than youre a dumba$$

If the second defendant had a lawyer with the evidence the second defendant is presenting if he had a good lawyer to put it all together and give a great closing there's a chance they could beat this charge
