Not sure if anyone sees this but i havent seen the court address the jury for questions after every witness in other cases. Is this just something this state does? It seems a bit silly, as jury does not have any legal knowledge. Usually ive seen it at the end of a trial. Is this normal?

"The Accused" made a big mistake wearing a mask and especially the dark glasses. Subconsciously, this gives the impression that he is wearing the same disguise as the robbers are stated to have worn. If he had an attorney, he would likely have been warned of the danger of looking like a masked bandit. The Accused (who asked to be referred to that way when he was playing sov cit games pre-trial and saying he didn't need or want a lawyer) now sees the error of his ways. A person who represents himself has a fool for a client. The judge warned The Accused and pleaded to let him at least appoint standby counsel to help him but Mr. Know-It-All said that his appointed counsel was incompetent and useless. Now, The Accused is complaining that he didn't know that it would be this difficult to represent himself. The judger reminded him that he was thoroughly warned and ignored to judges pleading with him to at least accept standby counsel. Spoiler: Mr. Know-it-all got about 15 years more in jail for his efforts than he would have gotten with the deal his dismissed attorney had worked out.

Is that sound some one typing? It's extremely annoying. It sounds uncannily like a throaty glottalized click language spoken way too close to the microphone.

Rewatching this for fun.. classic case of chip on your shoulder syndrome. Everyone is after her. Everyone is racist. What’s really happening is her very own imposter syndrome. She’s a fraud and SHE knows it! She does still have a law license however she cannot be a judge for 7 years!

She is trying to mire the ORR saying it his request went to the wrong office of responsibility. She is saying they weren't. Master class here in trying to hide in legalize the right thing. The DAs office in Atlanta is meant to distract so they cannot be held liable for anything. This is going to take a long time. What a bunch of crooks.

Why is the DA allowed to blatantly lie, exaggerate, and tell half truths to the judge? Judges rely on the DA to tell them what's going on. How can you rely on a DA office full of liars!? By the way, whoever told the Judge that Kendrick had a warrant also lied! Fulton County is full of corrupt individuals!!

Are you not embarrassed making a public proclamation that one reason for the state offering a plea agreement is to avoid putting the victim's family through a trial (10:05) only to have the victim's mother vociferously object to the plea (31:30) and beg you for a harsher sentence including a life sentence (33:40)? It appears you and the State had a severe disconnect with the family's preference for justice.
