Hey i really hope you see this. My dd is an 1991 man. In 1990 bmw e34. Im installing an Alpine CDA - 9883. radio turns on when i provide power to red, and yellow wires. No sound. I opened up trunk and changed fuse in stock amp 10amp fuse. Im not finding much info on e34 radio installs?
@StacheCam28 күн бұрын
Im not much help but e34.net under the stereo section has some info on what wires go/do hope you find out the solution !

@StacheCam you inspired me to work on mine. I want to manual swap it but finding it hard to find Getrags. I think luckily petal swaps in 535i are not too hard. Im an E30 guy single owner 85 w/ sport package.

Buddy said "don't worry, it won't be a bike channel." I subbed for the bike. Good for you man. The flying brick K is a great bmw bike to get into a phase with, they're reliable as fuck. I have an 02 R1150GS and I love it, rubber down man!

I can relate bro. Plans always sound good and I have genuine intent when I make them. But the time comes and a voice in my head says "You don't want to spend time with other people, stay home and chill" and after that it feels like there's a weight keeping me from following through on the plans. Socializing is tiring sometimes hah

Lol...just stumbled on this tonight: I own a '87; SAME paint, etc as yours....+ the saddlebags. The thing just runs!; I have 88,000mi on mine. (68, I've been riding 44); purrs along. Smooth. My ONLY issue is...I'm not a wrencher, and NOBODY works on them where I live. Even the Beemer dealerships won't service them- ANY service (oil changes, tires, etc.) It's ridiculous....because it's still a great bike. One thing I would recommend is: for road trips, use straps around the saddlebags w/ the sliding lock clasps. That prevents a garage sale on the freeway. Another challenge is...tires; unusual sizes....tough to get/match. ps: Your's looks ALOT better than mine!

Don't touch the exhaust, it's stainless steel and pretty unrestricted as is. And it's triangular, one corner for each cylinder ;) Btw, keep it at 3,5-4K rpm.
