Wet a paper towel & place it on the cutting board beside the onion when cutting. No more tears!

Truth is so many people complain about their turkey, and this is more practical and obviously cooked perfectly! Congrats to the Chef

That is a beautiful gravy! I know he’s my son, but my mouth was watering! Btw, I hate that he can flip that pan so perfect WITH FLOUR in it!

I only use cast iron; what do you think of this?
@BobbysKitchenChannel4 күн бұрын
The potatoes should protect your seasoning from the tomato, hopefully your pan isn’t too shallow

When I have butternut squash on hand all I can think to do with it is roast it. I saw this recipe and it looks amazing so I thought I’d try it. This recipe is so incredibly easy and it is SO GOOD! We topped ours with some pepitas and extra butternut squash I had roasted separately. My husband and I love this recipe!

So how many servings was all that sauce that you made?
@BobbysKitchenChannel10 күн бұрын
Serving info is in the recipe below the video; so this alfredo sauce makes 4 servings at ½ cup + 2 T for each serving

Another fantastic idea Bobby! Thank you so much for all the extra info on the mushrooms! I have never bought anything outside the Cremini's simply because I didn't know anything about the others or how to prepare ones like the oyster ones. Now I can't wait to try those instead. Thank you also for walking through searing them. I have definitely been overcooking mine for too long! #Bobbyrules!

I don't understand the color coding thing you did at the end. What does that mean?

That break down is for people who use the Portion Fix nutrition system from Bodi.com You don’t have to use it to enjoy these healthy recipes, but if you want to know more about it you can find info at bchbody.life/2W0itxM It’s basically a system of color-coded containers that let you track the protein, carbs, fats, veggies, fruits etc that you eat each day. Hope that helps!

Instead of starch you could have put some flour into the vegetables while they were cooking befor adding broth,,,also I would have added 1 package of gravy instead of the flour or starch..
