Hi Graham, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will be healed. Amen. I would also like to share the following six videos with you about salvation and two videos about evolution: Evolution vs. God kzbin.info/www/bejne/q5TCiGyMqd99ZqM DESTROYING Evolution In Under 3 Minutes kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYjIlIOtp7apaMU Watch the Holy Spirit Work in Her Heart (Very Moving) kzbin.info/www/bejne/n3OooHxoqpuef6s Fearing The Lord, God’s Discipline & Sharing The Gospel kzbin.info/www/bejne/mna2ZoqNa5uAqNE A Clear Gospel Presentation by Pastor Steven Anderson - How to go to Heaven kzbin.info/www/bejne/f4moloCNeN2sqLM The Plan of Salvation kzbin.info/www/bejne/hp7OmYWDhdunlZI How to Get Saved kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5u6lZ6rq9eHbNU The Truth About Hell (Selected Scriptures) kzbin.info/www/bejne/d4fdk5uVmbGkadU Best regards Chris “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life”. Hi Chris, I do hope you're having a great day. Your feedback is very important to me, furthermore gives me the strength to know people like yourself care for others, who are less able. Your dedication to your health is commendable. Your soup recipe sounds incredible, not to mention nutritious, and it's wonderful to hear that it's had a positive impact on your health. I will most absolutely look into making the soup sometime soon. Moreover, I'll definitely check out the videos you shared. Thanks for spreading positivity and well wishes. If you have time, I would love to hear your feedback on the channel's current uploaded videos. Talking about my health issues has really helped me to cope, and to come to terms with Cancer inasmuch my Mental Health. Keep taking care of yourself! Best Wishes, Graham

When you cook for the family on a regular basis, you have to be inventive but also mindful of the time constraints you have. In this episode I cook a large pot of curry using only the freshest vegetables blended with amazing spices and balti sauce. This episode I bring together 20+ portions that I can freeze down and use on days when I really don’t feel like preparing or cooking a large meal.

Cooking stirfry is one of my favourite dishes, delicious, crispy fresh vegetables, tender beef strips, infused with hoisin sauce. Whether you add noodles or rice, it makes an incredible tasty dish for the family.

What hormone therapy/meds were/are you taking? I know all testosterone blockers have some bad side affects, but I thought not all cause breasts to grow? Are you on hormone therapy post radiation treatment or prior surgery ?

Thank you for your sharing I have a hard time with energy to do what I should This was long before PC diagnosis I have to push myself to get out of bed before 5am to start my day It takes me long to do everything & I cut corners to save time I would like my follow up oncology practitioner to show me MRI images & explain them My online chart explained dx but in technical language I now am learning what all this means ADT will eventually wear off but takes many months God bless you in your journey with PCa

Thank you for sharing, I’ve tried to document through my diaries exactly what I went experienced before I was diagnosed and obviously after I was diagnosed. I felt compelled to tell my story given 1-8 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. I guess everybody’s journey is different. however, my side effects are extreme and it is good to hear somebody else’s story albeit compare. I am currently still on Lupron and have the injection every three months and will be for another 2 years. I can certainly reflect on what you have said, and definitely understand the highs and lows of the Lupron journey. . I am currently of a positive mind and very determined to stay focused and only move forward. Thank you again for sharing and please stay in touch. Best regards, Graham
