Not quite my type of home. However this real estate agent could probably sell anything she puts her mind to. She is very good at accentuating the positive in the home, even if the rooms and spaces are small in terms of square footage.

Really well thought out. As an example the bar downstairs with a dishwasher and the wine cellar at the end of the bar. Would have preferred the washer dryer on the same floor as the bedrooms. But this is a beautiful home

It's nice but it's not the penthouse, the views in Calgary are just okay at best, and this place is totally over-priced. Whatever it sold for it's too much.

Honestly Diana I’ve seen all your videos of every house tour but , this one somehow checks all the boxes.Mad respect to the builder and architects who designed and built this home. It’s New it’s old it’s city it’s country. It has EVERYTHING. It’s the perfect size for the money. It has the perfect layout. WOW WOW WOW is all I can say. I’m lost for words. There is only one builder in Ottawa where I am that can pull this off. (RND CONSTRUCTION with Partners HOBIN ARCHITECTURE No I’m not an advocate for them. I’ve seen their work that’s all.
