When I click on the link to sign up for text alerts it doesn't go anywhere. Just takes me back to the home page. When I go to submit a help ticket the submit button does not activate as a functional link so I can't submit the ticket. My trash notifications also no longer work and I can't get it to send me a confirmation code to reactivate them. It's probably an issue with my number specifically but the website takes me in circles trying to find a solution, or who to contact. I got a ticket this week because I got home before they hung the street sweep no parking signs the day before the sweep and I didn't leave the house the day of the sweep. I'd love to be able to resume getting notifications so I don't get another ticket.
