Don't search for the answers, which could not be given to you, because then you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now." One of my favorite reminders.

I'm not sure if Gerry will see this, but the Japanese have a saying..."Isogaba maware". When in a hurry...go the long way around. Could be expressed in at least two ways and probably more...1), invest the time and energy to do things right the first time 2), don't try to invent shortcuts because they will derail you and you don't want that, esp when the stakes are high. I appreciated his and his colleague Jim's comments about taking time when implementing a new model, and his comments overall. Thank you Lori for your great facilitation, Lori!
