Sir ,I was told by my CHA that we cannot claim duty drawback if we purchase imported goods from a supplier in india or we import any goods and re export it. So what is the exact rule ?

You only claim Duty drawback on exported goods. If you're importing well then you'll re-export then you'll get the Duty Drawback benefits.

Hii .. I have question.my parcel got stuck in custom because the information of goods has been provided by DHL store assistant was wrong. I went back to store again , get new invoice of parcel .So my question is custom clearance will release my parcel or not?

Hii, Pls share the correct invoice to the DHL team and share all the information about the shipment because you have the original. Talking to the DHL team immediately otherwise you will pay the fine and penalty.if shipment is arrived at final place of destination
