what dimensions max does can the bookcase be? I bought a hardware kit but no instructions or out build out specifications are included with the hardware. nothing on your website I can find

Just installed one of these. No rough framed opening sizes or details for drywall finish etc provided! Generally very poorly written instructions full of unimportant information and missing the important information. Lousy diagrams scattered across several pages. The threshold provided in the kit should only be used as a last resort, no details about differences in installation when installed with or without though. The anti-sag device only helps when the door is fully closed so during opening and closing, it will scrape on the ground if sagging is an issue. Should have a support wheel attached to leading edge of bookcase instead. Very very expensive at local hone depot ($3000.00). For that price, it should be finished w/paint or stain and installed. Overall, a very half baked product.

Hi does the door opening need to be 48" for the 48" in bookshelf? Is the pass through space about 28"? Also is the bottom base plate really stick out that much seem like it would be better concealed under bookshelf. Do you have BiFolds in Lowes? Thanks

Do you need rollers on the bottom of the bookcase? Also I’m putting this in a basement, so the hinge might be getting screwed to a cement floor. Is there cement screws that will work? Thanks

The hinge placement is completely different for an outswing in the instructions that came with the hinges than it is in the diagram in this video.

I am building my own bookcase and have ordered your hinge kit does the kit show what reveal I need the finished bookshelf to be in the opening to insure smoth operation. Also does it show how much the outer trim needs to overhang the main frame to allow for the spacers where the hinges will mount. I am working with a 38x80 opening thank you
