I recall Big Bamboo was at 213 Franklin Street across from the Queen Victoria Market on Saturday nights and remember the Open Mics as I did a few spots with my younger brother. Still can remember seeing DMR (Da Mad Rhymes) getting bottled and how he was connected to DJ Excel somehow as I think both of them were from Croydon.
