Crazy enough it went up 2,010 ft, but only landed 50 yards from the pad. 24” parachute flawless recovery.

I know this is a year ago, but just in case someone has the same question now. When he sketches the triangle with vectors, Bx is the opposite side you need to find and sin0 = opposite/hypotenuse That equation turns into opposite = hypotenuse times sin0 Ex. Question 8. Bx = 5sin(30) For cosine, it’s cos0 = adjacent/hypotenuse Which turns into adjacent = hypotenuse times cos0 Ex. Question 8. By = 5cos(30) I hope this helps anyone with the same question!
