Kelsey, I started becoming super reactive to adhesives a couple years ago, and yes, sometimes it can spread beyond the site, especially when the face or neck is involved. I also have nightime congestion and I had to start using rhyaltris and the sinus rinse bottle to take care of it, because the tape was a no go anymore :/
