It's a 'listening party' & Ye and the other rappers are sampling the songs and doing tasters. They are taking in board the crowds reactions and responses sometimes change the songs before their final release. It's pretty innovative if you look at it from the point of view that the fans are having some influence over the tracks for the final album release. ❤
