I have the heavy-duty model with the 1.3hp motor, It's amazing for breads, I was going to get this one but where it was going the guard would have been an issue, I know it can be unscrewed off but I got a crazy deal on it for basically 45% off retail, It does 1kg flour bread without a problem.

Hello, Thank you for the video very informative. I am looking to buy a Kitchen aid. I dont bake but we just bought a new house with a fab kitchen and I am looking to re invent myself as a chef over the next 10 years. Convential wisdom would say that I should stick to the Artisan model because they are more entry level and let's admit it prettier . This said, whenever I buy something a bit pricey I like to know that it's future proof and will handle whatever I throw at it. I am worried that other models will make it a drag to use because they are struggle with dense dough (should I discover that bread making is my calling!) or because it's too loud. I am therefore thinking on investing on 6.9L Professional 5KSM7990X. Very expensive but I have saved for that. Bulky but our kitchen is big enough. I am just wondering whether I am trying to fly because learning to walk or am I right that one lifetime investment in a beautiful machine that will not let me know and be quiet is the way to go? Any advice would be very much appreciated! :)

Great video, I have the KitchenAid 600 Pro and it's been amazing for the past 8 yrs. I wonder where did you buy this specific model, and how much it cost. Whenever you get a chance to reply, will be much appreciated 👍

I'm so much interested on proven maximum capacity. What is your experience with max capa for bread and cake dough? We are running a small café and producing practically everything we need same: 50-60 bread rolls (6kg dough/day), 8-10 baguettes (5kg dough/day), 5-10 cakes; all per day

Hello! Love your video. Do you know how to tilt the motor head back? I cant figure it out on my model. Im.wondering if its even possible.

Hello Karina, this machine uses a bowl lift mechanism to access everything. The head doesn't need to tilt.

Unless, of course, your model is a tilt head kind. In which case, you'll have a lever, somewhere or a catch that will enable you to unlock the tilt action.
