@@dsmith2858 Hi there. I’m not the realtor for the property. I get their photos, videos, virtual tours, floor plan schematics and edit everything up. I don’t know pricing details or what the realtor ultimately lists the property for. Home and land pricing fluctuates so much that putting it into the video or the description isn’t feasible. I’ve got the realtors name and phone number in the video. I’d suggest reaching out to them directly for that information. Alternatively, you could probably Google the address and find the pricing. @@SedaliaFlyt Thanks for the reply. This property has sold, but I routinely give an auto thumbs down to ANY real estate videos that DON’T include the price upfront. You will get more views and more thumbs up if the price were shown. Might be worth your time to give your employer this feedback.

@@dsmith2858 Thanks for the reply and feedback. I don't get pricing details from the realtors, and I don't recall ever having a realtor asking me to put pricing into the video or description. Pricing changes too frequently to burn the list price into the video or add it into the description. Further, the home could list for $X and not get much movement, and in two weeks be revised downward to $Y. I'd constantly re-editing and re-uploading videos or editing the video's description .. and that's if the realtors even remembered to tell me the new price. It's not practical, which goes back to what I said about the realtor's name and phone number is in the video and to contact them directly, or Googling the address for current list price information.
