I was hit by a freaking bicycle. Not even a car. But it was going really fast, so I was dragged across pavement for like 3-4 meters. Was very lucky not to hit my head. The bruise on my leg still did not heal even after 5 month. But the worst is my mental health. In our country there are almost no bicycle roads, but 60-70% of people you see on pedestrian roads are riding a bike or an electric scooter. Since the day of the accident I am afraid to go on a walk, as I expect bicycles flying at great speed from anywhere. Though I still have to, it's just really stressful. I was nearly hit 3 more times just the next month after the accident. Don't know when I will be able to not be stressed again by just walking to a store..

How would I know if I had a tricep muscle tear or a tendon detached tear in my tricep? The happened few years ago I was doing skull crushers in the gym and I heard a little pop in my elbow. I had slight shoulder pain for a few days but I was still able to work out. I never turned black and blue. However, I get a slight cramp in my tricep area sometimes with certain pushing exercises. do you know what this might be?
@RamosLawFirm17 күн бұрын
If you're wondering about a tricep muscle tear versus a tendon tear, there are some signs to consider. With a muscle tear, you typically feel pain in the muscle belly of the tricep, along with swelling and bruising in that area. You might have difficulty fully extending your elbow and experience weakness when pushing or lifting. On the other hand, a tendon tear often causes pain near the elbow joint where the tendon attaches. In cases of a complete tear, you might see a bulge in the upper arm. There could be significant weakness, making it hard to extend your elbow or perform pushing and lifting activities, and you may hear a snapping sound at the time of injury. If you suspect either type of injury, it's best to consult a healthcare professional for an evaluation and possible imaging studies.

Will that cover my vehicle repairs ? Or it is just for medical payments?
@RamosLawFirm17 күн бұрын
Uninsured Motorist (UIM) coverage typically applies to injuries you sustain in an accident caused by a driver who doesn't have insurance or doesn't have enough coverage to pay for your damages. It generally does not cover vehicle repairs directly. For vehicle repairs, you would usually rely on your collision coverage if you have it, or you may need to pursue a claim against the at-fault driver’s insurance. If you're unsure about your specific policy details, it's best to check with your insurance provider for clarification on what is covered.

I know it’s not stage 3 but I am in so much pain and dilauded only worked for a little while to numb it slightly. Repetitive movement of my shoulder/arms. Right upper arm throbs with pain. Couldn’t sleep properly. Hurts to lay down. I can feel like a Charlie horse pain inside elbow crook down to my fingers and up to my shoulder. Pain worsens somewhere near middle to shoulder but can’t pinpoint it. Any movement can hit “the spot” and be excruciating. Tried ice on it too which helped a bit but short time. Using some cream too. Some versa cyclo3% something which doesn’t seem to help either. I’m on call for 2 weeks and have potatoes to mash for thanksgiving today. Help

Thank you for sharing. Quick question-my child fell, and he can’t touch his shoulder with his hand; it’s like it’s locked. I took him to urgent care, and while nothing is broken, no one can tell me what’s wrong. I’m waiting for an appointment, but I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this.

Thank you for your interest! Dr. Ramos’s journey involved years of dedication and hard work. He completed four years of undergraduate studies, followed by four years of medical school. After that, he did a one-year internship and a one-year residency. In addition to his medical training, he also attended law school for three years. It’s been a long and challenging path, but his commitment has truly shaped his expertise!

I read a story on reddit of a lady who thought her boyfriend may have been drugging her, and so went to reddit to ask for advice. Strange thing was, though, she was having blackouts that cleared up around her boyfriend. Someone caught on to that, and had her check for bedbugs. Fortunately for her, she did. She had a nasty infestation AND a wierd as heck allergic reaction to the bites!

A "driver" is (for hire) and goes back to the cattle "drive" days. "Driving might be a "privilege". But a "traveler" is not a "driver" And we have the "right" to travel in a vehicle, behind the wheel, not for hire. Tell the truth, "lawyer"

I'm kind of lost myself. It's been since early May since I lifted heavy due to what I think is accumulative distal biceps tendonitis. I worked out heavy 3x a week for an entire year straight. So it's been two months of some rehab(slooow eccentric bicep curls(3 sets of 10-15) with 12.5 lbs, 17.5 lbs and then 20.5 pounds on my left arm. I'm trying to create collagen synthesis to help it heal. I'm also 2 weeks into taking a bpc 157 capsule as well(3rd party verified), but still, this very very mild feeling still comes and goes. I also put capsaicin cream on it 4-5 days a week to promote blood flow. I'm confused because idk if these is tendonitis or an inflamed nerve. When it was worse in May-June, I did get random jolting shooting pains through my elbow to forearm area when I was just sitting down at work, which caught me off guard and kind of made me make the face of "ow ow ow" and then it went away. Those have been gone for a while. However, when I over load the muscle too much now, I feel very mild agitation in a V shape going down the arm from the elbow(if the top of the V was touching the bicep), which is right where the tendons would be, so, idk what it is! Maybe a grade 1 tendon tear that's taking over 2 months to heal??? What do you think

Operating isn't even considered traveling, most people don't even know this somehow. I'm sick of these leeches controlling every aspect of our lives, our society is literally designed around needing a vehicle lol. Also funny how an attorney tells us we have privileges. Car insurance is basically as much of a scam as thinking you need someone else to represent YOU.

I had a two wheeler accident a month ago. Just finished my studies and internship and landed my first job the 1st month itself. On the way to my first job, My two wheeler slipped and crashed although i didn't hit anyone but i sustained fractures in my shoulder and foot both of the same side. I'm a weight llifter and an athlete but knowing i might never be able to lift again or run again scares me and i hate being stagnant in this immobilization period and watching the world carry on without me being a part of it anymore. Everytime I'm in the car on the road the traumatic events of what caused all this flashes back into my memory and it hurts that i could've done things differently to avoid what happened. That's when i realize i might be having PTSD

I got into a small car accident yesterday. No one got injured thankfully, the other driver was nice too and we resolved the problems but I can't help but feel awful and scared. I'm constantly overthinking abt how things happened, what could have I done to prevent the accident from happening and so on... Right now I don't rlly want to drive anymore which makes me sad too cuz it was a big dream of mine Everyone around me including the other driver from the accident told me that I shouldn't give up on driving, that this was a minor car crash and it's not a big deal but I tend to overthink and just wonder what if it happens again someday and its more severe. Because in my situation I did what I could, I stopped, looked if there r other cars, there were none and I proceeded to enter the roundabout and suddenly I see a car next to me, the next moment it was in front of me and I crashed into the side doors. It wasn't a strong crash, the damages aren't big either but I feel awful nd can't stop thinking what did I do wrong and why did this have to happen. My mom was in the car w me when this happened and she too said there were no cars when i entered the roundabout although others who werent there just tell me that i shouldn't lie and admit that i didnt look before i entered and that there was in fact a car. But thats exactly what happened, it was empty and suddenly a car appeared next to me, it was surreal
@WalterRutledge-l9i6 ай бұрын
You skipped the part about plea "bargains" NOT being a good bargain when you plead guilty to something you did NOT do! Law officers, and officers of the court can LIE to you in this. The most common lie is something like "it will be best for you if you accept this plea deal." When the truth is that the only way you can be cleared CLEAR is for a jury to say, unanimously, "not guilty!"
