How long has it took you since you started training specifically for the planche to get this far?

so my planche journey has been pretty messed up so far i never really trained the planche consistently in the beginning of 2023 i was stuck at tuck planche hold and push ups in June/July around that time i got my first advance tuck planche but i lost it cuz i stopped training the planche in late 2023 i started training again i started doing band assisted straddle planche for sometime but i didn't make any progress so I quit planche training again now in the beginning of 2024 i started training planche again now after a few months of band assisted planche training i was able to do attempt the straddle planche with bad form and once again after that i left planche for 1 month now surprisingly i didn't lose any strength so i started planche again but the bands weren't helping me much in my straddle planche so i went back and did the adv tuck for a few weeks and in may 2024 i unlocked my first straddle planche i got my straddle planche press that same month now in june and july i spammed the straddle planche a lot and i got really strong at it i unlocked the half lay planche and i really got close to the full planche i was starting to do full planche attempts in the late july but i got injured and this whole month I've been trying to regain my old planche strength
