Wow incredible video. If you ever go to vegas again could you please do another video of the tram from mirage to treasure island with the camera facing the exact same shot as this but instead its at night time? because I bet it would look beautiful seeing the treasure island hotel lighting up at night while on the way to the hotel in the tram. Could you consider doing that the next time you go to vegas?

He could be on public property. The tunnel entrance (this is on the Canadian side) is just a short distance from public roads, and in an open grassy area that (looking at Google satellite view) doesn't appear to have any fencing or trespass warnings.

I want to know what's behind the door at top of stairs on the Detroit side - Anybody know? Is Jimmy Hoffa inside?

It’s just a stairway up towards ground level. The actual slope of the tunnel starts a few hundred feet away, so unless you want to walk it or jump down 30+ feet the best way to the tunnel entrance is the stairs ;)

I use to watch trains here all the time in the late 90's, early 2000's. Use to be stand right above the mouth of the tunnel back then. Fantastic view point! Haven't been there in years, not since all the new security. I have no idea how close you can get now.

Is That ballastless track?

The left-hand tunnel is conventional height and ballast; the right-hand tunnel is oversize height and concrete base (ballastless).

When I watched this, it reminded me of the times when my Dad used to take me to Smiths Falls to watch trains during high school. That was 20 years ago. Good times getting train after train.

Nice view from the gate. I've never spotted down there, I am usually up by the golf course service entrance.
