my computer opens with co-pilot by saying..ask me anything....and then I have a short.cut for chat gpt ..this last answer faster as co-pilot is always answering questions I did not make.. like doing some kind of search

Hi @mrsviggychillsout4813! To work offline in classic Outlook, simply open classic Outlook on your computer when working offline. That's it. If you're not connected to the internet, it won't download any new messages or send any messages. But you can still work in the application while you're offline. Once you connect to the internet, everything will sync. Just remember to open classic Outlook while you're connected to the internet one last time before you shut it down to go offline so that you have all the latest messages downloaded to your laptop. - Vickie

How do I sort my inbox in the new Outlook by "type" like message, meeting request, automatic reply, etc?

Hi @victoriaslates93. The sort function in new Outlook is that filter icon in the top right hand corner of the message list, click Sort and see all the sort options. At this moment, we can't sort on Type yet. But please click the Help menu and submit this as a suggestion to Microsoft. If you are an Executive Assistant, be sure to include the hashtag #iamanea so that the Outlook team knows that you're an Outlook delegate and need that feature to do your job. - Vickie

Hi again @victoriaslates93: That feature hasn't made it over into New Outlook yet. If you want it, go to the Help menu and suggest a feature. Keep the feature requests coming!!

Agreed @hulong0205 I almost clicked off when I heard her say 2010 but within 5 minutes, I had my name badges (481 total) done. BAM! And I had been messing around on my own for about 3 hours. Why do I not just go straight to KZbin? Thank you @redcapco for saving me the rest of my day :)

I am confused- if you are in the central time zone and he is in London, and he is asking you to meet with him in the London time zone? where do you see Your central time zone in your calendar to know when to join the meeting? Molly and Jullian will see in their time zone if they are in the central time zone?

This is great! My question pertains to adding names to my list after my original nametags have been created. For a club that I am creating nametags for, how do I add names down the road as our membership grows and I don't want to reprint all the nametags again?

Thank you for all the great information!!! With the tables in one Excel worksheet, couldn't you simply use the format painter brush if all the tables are the same? The paintbrush is so handy in lots of ways.

When I did this, each new page started from the second entry of the previous page - so I had hundreds of double ups. it didn't go to next record
