Your marketing team is awful. I’m trying to pick one on these up but here you advertise it as the Experior. On your website, you have a few that look like this one but none are called the Experior….they are listed on your website with a model number, for example DK8000 and DK8900. Your website should specific which one is the Experior. Likewise, this video should have the model of the one you’re showing in the title as well as a link to the direct product page on your website. With that said, which one is in this video before I go find a different brand and you lose a customer??

I have just been on Gemtrue chat line and was told something that people who are thinking of buying this tester should know. I asked the lady if this tester can tell between a real sapphire/ruby. The lady said it cannot and that it was just an indication. This should be explained to potential buyers. If I knew this I would not have purchased the experior. I would have purchased the diamond/moissanite tester instead and saved money

Just people trying to defend the price of a 'natural' diamond. Lab grown are more pure and thebproces will continue to drop. For those looking to buy an engagement ring why waste money on a natural diamond.

Why buy natural diamond when lab grown are real diamond as well for a fraction of the price! If you find a woman that only wants mined diamond because it cost much higher just walkaway from her 🤑

Made in China--lab grown diamonds. Essentially the natural grown diamond industry has been dismantled because of lab grown diamonds. Essentially I am thinking from both sides, it is cheaper than the average natural diamond however you are essentially buying a diamond that has been treated with HPHT or CVD. A chanel bag can be easily recognized while someone who cannot afford the bag will buy another version aka imitation to conform the societal norms.

@@KaleHello who cares its diamond the difference now is if its mined or not its never imitation its a question if again mined or not. These days for an average man i don't need to set myself and my family back because i gotta buy a 40k ring where i can get it for 12k and the rest i could put towards a home for the family. I guess im lucky my wife is practical rather than materialistic.

@@rodey6594 Great! I do not believe I argued against lab grown diamonds and like I said it is more affordable. One can buy a 1 carat nautral ring for 5k vs 2k for a lab grown. Not much of a difference and it all depends on cut for that optimal light performance. All in all no one will know if your wife is wearing a lab grown ring unless there was someone who rudely asked to see your gem verification or tried to use a spectrometer on the ring or a loupe.

A Moissanite is not a fake, its just a man made stone, the tester will test most Moissanite, we have not yet found a Moissanite we can't test on our equipment. We have manufacturing testers for 15 years now.

It is not recommended to test rough diamonds. Accurate tests would be using cut finished diamonds.

What the industry did so that the greedy ass companies can say that natural is better...they put a luminescence in the lab diamonds so that they glow when saturated with light. But they will register as any natural diamond. Slick right?
