sugar shack is a classic. there was a club in boston called sugar schack in the 60s. I used to visit my other sister in Boston and roam the city. I once looked in their display window and saw an upcoming show with sly and the family stone. this was highly unusual because shortly thereafter you couldn't see a black act in boston. through the 70s, in terms of the large venues.

What was your favorite moment with John?

I really enjoy hearing these memories from someone who was there and doesn't feel the need to embellish the story to make it more interesting. The Beatles together and individually were and are interesting men. Thank you May for sharing your John memories with us.

I'm handicapped and there are no Record Store Day locations where I live. But the thrill of seeing you holding the special Mind Games EP really made my day. Had I been fortunate to somehow receive one and you didn't have it, I would have insisted you take it because you earned it.
