I love the b-roll and editing! They’re great visuals for the challenges we all face when try to get motivated and stay there. This has definitely been the year of me feeling highly motivated to make a change one day and then a week later trying to figure out how I got off track. I’m excited to work on maintaining smaller habits that help me enjoy the process rather than just skipping the discomfort of the little steps. And I can’t wait to see your next video!🥳🤩
