Actually not. He has pretty much the best and latest military grade ice that Arasaka can get their hands on. It would literally take a platoon of top netrunners to even scratch him let alone kill.

This is the state of gaming... Dudes literally hopping around like he’s on battery acid while spamming the ever living 💩 out of that hack menu for damage. It’s literally the same for melee as well. Just jump around like autistic kid and bash them as much as you can. Same for guns... Like seriously for all the issues I actually liked the games perks before Phantom as they had unique quality’s. Hacking specifically points would give buffs and actually effect the network. Now it’s just hack queue and faking smart gun upgrades... This game is literally an arcadey FPS and the farthest thing from an actual RPG. Fallout 4 funnily enough has better gunplay despite being old as 💩 Already know I’m gonna get hate. Don’t care. You’re the same consumerist clowns who shill out hundreds every year for mediocre and even just objectively bad games. I have over 300+ on one character from this game so I know well. It’s NOT a masterpiece or even that good. Despite the “popular” take...

To clarify, the game isn’t terrible... But you people have clearly never played a great game in your life if you think it’s anything more then decent. I’m not even a shill for NV as I think people also overpraise it but Fallout NV is objectively a better game and RPG in every way with more grounded combat. This game is just an arcade shooter that doesn’t really fit the setting or worldspace they made. It’s like if you were playing GTA and Franklin just started doing hip hop and anime moves while killing the police with John wick style reflexes... it just doesn’t fit and looks faking brain 💀

I think it would be cool if while scanning Adam Smasher he has that white demonic looking skeleton like when Lucy was trying to hack him. He should be immune to hacking when using less then M5 cyberdecks with legendary hacks, and the effects should be reduced. ~ On March 26th 2022, just past midnight, I was restless in bed, my limbs became numb & tingly, my chest became tight, & my heart felt like it was being crushed. So I sang out to God and Jesus, about my pain, my feelings, my faults and my inabilities. As I sang, I began to feel like a river, & a hand was on my back, it's fingers where skimming the surface of the waters, separating the waters, causing ripples through my body. Then the hand reached inside my chest, lit my heart on fire, & the heat moved like waves through my body. When I was done singing, all the pain was gone, & I looked at the clock, it was past 1am, I had sang near an hour. Then the voice of my guardian angel called my name from above, & there was a hymn of energy in the air, the same hymn I hear in my dreams of God. Hard launch implosion rounds overflow and recombination but you only need any rounds that isn’t sticky grenades
