It's from the very end of Vergil's DMC 5 Ending, during the last cutscene when Dante and Vergil talk about their parents. It's an alternate cut of the song that didn't get included anywhere, so I edited it into this version.

I love this remix and when I say “love”, I MEAN IT. But can you please make another one without the rain sounds? I have been looking for this remix for about a year and a half, and when I realized there were storm sounds I was a little disappointed, but it was MOTIVATING. TY. I always felt like the song needed an intro like this. Later on, I went and listened to Refused, the real band behind Samurai, and they have a song called "New Noise" that is very similar in ways to this one. And it has the instrumental style of intro. lol.
