Cdn. here, never looked at the US healthcare system and thought it's better than the Cdn. one. It's the same with private car insurance. AAA is cheapest, you can call hundreds of others, but they all give you half the coverage for twice the price. More choice but they're all bad! Universal single payer, medicare for all!

CHINESE GOVERNMENT'S DEFEAT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES: CHINESE GOVERNMENT'S CAMPAIGN IN LATIN AMERICAN COUNTRIES FOR STRATEGIC METALS. 1. BRIEF SUMMARY: * China buys Brazilian reserve rich in uranium and niobium in the Amazon for R$2 billion Mining company operates in the Amazon, in an area close to a promising uranium reserve The Chinese company China Nonferrous Trade (CNT) has bought the largest uranium reserve in Brazil, located in the Amazon, for US$340 million, approximately R$2 billion. CNT is a subsidiary that belongs to the Chinese government. Official statement The sale of the uranium reserve to China was announced early in the afternoon of last Tuesday, the 26th, to the Government of Amazonas by the mining company Taboca, which has been operating in the Pitinga mine, in the region of the Balbina hydroelectric plant, in Presidente Figueiredo, since 1969. Located 107 km from Manaus, the reserve is considered one of the most promising in the country. In the statement, the company says that on that Tuesday it transferred 100% of its shares to the Chinese. “This new moment is strategic and represents an opportunity for growth for Mineração Taboca”. The text states that the agreement was signed by Minsur S.A., which is a Peruvian company that controls Taboca. 2. WHAT WEAPONS CAN URANIUM BE USED FOR? Uranium Weapons: An Overview Uranium, due to its dense and radioactive properties, has been used in the manufacture of various types of weapons, mainly due to its penetration capacity and generation of intense heat. It is important to note that the use of uranium in ammunition is controversial and the subject of debates about its humanitarian and environmental impacts. Types of Weapons and Uses: Depleted Uranium Munitions (DUM): Composition: Depleted uranium is a byproduct of the uranium enrichment process for use in nuclear reactors. It has a lower concentration of the isotope uranium-235, which makes it less radioactive than natural uranium, but still radioactive. Uses: Armor-piercing projectiles: Due to its high density, depleted uranium is capable of penetrating deeply into armor and other materials, making it effective against tanks and armored vehicles. Cluster bombs: When exploded, cluster bombs release small particles of uranium that spread over a wide area, causing significant damage to equipment and personnel. Bullets: Used in small-caliber weapons, depleted uranium bullets are designed to cause more severe damage to targets. Nuclear weapons: Composition: Both uranium-235 and plutonium-239 can be used as fissile material in nuclear weapons. Uranium-235, when enriched to a critical level, can undergo a chain reaction, releasing an enormous amount of energy. Uses: Atomic bombs: The first atomic bombs, such as "Little Boy", used in Hiroshima, used enriched uranium-235. Thermonuclear weapons: Depleted uranium can be used as a "buffer" in thermonuclear weapons, increasing their power. Usage Modalities: Artillery: Cannons and howitzers can fire depleted uranium projectiles against land and sea targets. Aviation: Fighter jets can drop depleted uranium fragmentation bombs and use depleted uranium ammunition in their machine guns. Tanks: Tanks can equip their main guns with depleted uranium projectiles to pierce the armor of other tanks. 3. WHICH LATIN AMERICAN COUNTRIES HAVE URANIUM RESERVES? Latin America is home to some countries with significant reserves of uranium, a strategic mineral for the production of nuclear energy. Brazil and Argentina are the main highlights in the region in this regard. Brazil: Brazil has the 8th largest uranium reserves in the world and is the only producer in Latin America. The largest reserves are located in the North region, mainly in the states of Amazonas and Pará. The Brazilian state-owned company Indústrias Nucleares do Brasil (INB) is responsible for the exploration and production of this mineral. Argentina: Although it has reduced its activities in the nuclear sector in recent decades, Argentina still has uranium reserves and has operated nuclear power plants. Other countries in the region with potential: In addition to Brazil and Argentina, other Latin American countries have potential for uranium exploration, such as: Peru: Several small mining companies are exploring the presence of uranium in their territory, and commercial production is considered viable for the coming years. Bolivia: The country has indications of uranium reserves, but exploration is still in its early stages. Colombia: Like Peru, Colombia also has potential for uranium exploration, with several small mining companies operating in the region.

Is he really up there espousing about keeping our sick & disabled safe & cared for??? What about his blind, deaf, elderly dying clients and their sick & disabled children who relied on him? Ask him about Leokadia Jensen, it’s deeply disturbing & sad for him & his victims!!

Our problem is not auto theft, it’s elder abuse & stealing from the blind, deaf, seriously sick, disabled & dying from senators like him, he needs serious psychological help & I pray for him & his victims!! What kind of a society is this if we cannot protect our most helpless from our senators? It’s beyond sad & he knows it!!

The time has come for the senator to answer to his elder abuse & he should put our most helpless over his greed!! As a civilized society, we must be able to protect our blind, deaf, elderly and dying from our senator-lawyers!!! He corrupted our legal system to keep it quiet, but the time has come to help the defenseless of NJ from elder abuse, he is not above the law & they are not beneath it. Clara S Buck said “the test for a society is how it treats its most helpless members”, I wonder what the senator has to say about this & his elder abuse? I can no longer remain silent, scared or take part in his coverup, while more of his victims may be suffering!!! I’m happy to explain this to any who might be interested because we simply must expect better from our leaders & let me be clear, I am deeply saddened & disturbed by his abuse & the Christian in me leaves me not angry or feeling malicious toward him, but I feel truly sorry for him given his level of cold greed, selfishness & cruelty toward our weakest because I submit it is seriously disturbing & abnormal, I pray for him that he seeks & finds help. He knows exactly what this is about, I pray for him and his victims. The people of NJ deserve better leadership!! This is beyond sad!!

I love how comfortable politicians and government workers are with playing god with our lives and money. They can do what they think is right and we get no say. Then when it all goes wrong and they run out of money. They have the safety net of just taxing us more. No accountability and the taxpayers get punished for their errors and always have to pay the price. In NJ the roads suck, the schools suck, the taxes suck, the police suck, the cost of living sucks. The more the state takes, the worse these problems get. It is not a we need more money problem. It's a we need better money management and adhere to a budget with actual limitations problem. We also need to get rid of all the Corruption in both the elected and non elected branches of our government.

Wow, I just came across this video and can’t believe it’s a year old. Right now, I’m I’m completely tapped out and have no money to feed myself nor my dog for the next 5 days. It’s Friday, told me I would receive my payment yesterday (Thursday) after telling me I would have received it last week. Still no payment. I called the senators office and now the DOL is now saying I won’t get it until Tuesday since it takes two business days to process my direct deposit. All of the food pantries are either closed this weekend or require a food appointment in advance.

@edpotosnak6292 Жыл бұрын
What's interesting here is the Fox Anchor, says that the whale deaths only happened after the "wind turbines went up" and Senator Tests did not correct her that there are no wind turbines up, in fact construction has not even started. Additionally, the UMI (Unusual Mortally Event) which NOAA declared in 2016 because of the spike of whale deaths was before offshore wind activities even began. And birds-- New Jersey Audubon has been very outspoken about supporting responsibility developed offshore wind. You know what kills 3+ million birds a year? ANS: Glass Windows...

Those things are gross. Industrializing the ocean. Where’s the green peace groups? Why’s it only the fishermen saying to keep these things out of the water? What about the restaurant owners, the truckers, the fish processors, the dock workers, the accountants, the fish sales managers, the lumpers, the waiters and waitresses that work at sea food restaurants, the chefs, restaurant managers. the family’s that rely on the ocean for income for hundreds of years, why aren’t they rioting? Maybe the entire fishing fleet should tie there boats up for a couple months and show the states that are giving the green light to these wind mills how much money they will actually Lose with this stupid idea. None of them want these things in the water. These things are going to destroy the economy in coastal areas.

Following the science is common sense, now let's follow who really is benefiting from these companies who won't even show their faces?

Its a 2.5 times increase in humpback whale deaths since 2000 not 6 times as stated. There are also vastly more humpbacks in our waters than 20 or even 5 years ago. There are more whales and they are here longer. If you don't cherry pick humpbacks, there is currently no increase on average whale deaths. Mike Deans sonar activity chart almost certainly has no relation to actual sonar activity. The whale deaths are cumulative. The chart has no place to go but up!
@DeadVegaInSpain Жыл бұрын
Only thing that has changed is the wind mill industry working in our ocean. Since they have been messing around there’s been dead whales and dolphins. These whales and dolphins are swimming into things causing blunt force trauma because they are blinded by the carpet Bombing the wind mill industry is causing. You have all these people that probably see the ocean twice a year spitting out false facts about marine life and how the ocean works. They are arguing and putting down people that have worked in the ocean for over 40 years. The whole thing is a money grab and it’s going to bite everyone in the a$$
