I have had mine for over a year and loading is easy. I have a allot of problems with the string "melting" together in the head and have to manually correct it. Also, two much string coming out and wrapping around the shaft. I stop the spinning and unroll the mess and twist the head and restring. Start it up and 5 minutes later doing the same thing. I am ready to toss it.

the lawns look terrible. Why pick such terrible lawns for a promotional video? Is that the best they can do?

My charging station is flashing blue, and while troubleshooting I kept reducing the loop size until I ended up with a 3ft (brand new) piece of wire connected between AR and AL. At this point basically a 3ft short circuit, but the charging station is still not switching to green. I have removed and cleaned the purple connectors and even stripped the insulation from the wire where it connects to AR and AL, and I can see tiny sparks when connecting the wire to AR and AL, indicating that there is current flowing through. Charging station is still blinking blue. Any idea what to do at this point?

I chose this one over the stihl 170 and this husqarvana works like a beauty. As a homeowner chainsaw it ran like a knife through butter on that backyard tree i had to cut down. Overall a great chainsaw 5/5, i bet the stihl one works great as well as i have heard great things about it. But this one was on sell for prime day so i bought it 80 bucks discount.

Wow, this is all nice and well, assuming that your Husq isn’t absolute garbage, but when happens when your 2 year old, lightly-used, Husq Rancher 450 POSjust doesn’t start?

Husqvarna chainsaw should be recalled, their products have wasted a lot of time and heartache for many consumers. US consumer agency should demand Husqvarna to recall all of their products before a class action lawsuit being filed. Thoudsand of youtubers have made video showing how to unstuck the clutch cover. Enough is enough for this stupid design to vanish from the US market.

It's funny......I've never done anything to my Honda engine for Winter storage, like gas preserver or anything.....and in the Spring it starts halfway through the first pull every time. Honda makes a magnificent lawnmower engine.

I turn the head and it clicks to wrap up but how do you go the other way when to line wears down and you need more slack? Mine only clicks one way and sucks the line in

i really think it is overated. i've bought it and returned it after a few days. it needing almost daily fixes! It's supposed to cover 0.4 acres as it claimed, but even for my small 2000 sq ft lawn, it needed to run 4 hours daily. To cover 0.4 acres, it would have to be mowing and charging non-stop, with about 10 cycles a day. and the biggest issue is the erratic self-docking system. Even with proper setup of the boundary and guide wires, the mower rarely docks correctly more than three times in a row. Sometimes it docks but fails to charge. I tried multiple docking setups but couldn't get reliable results. I gave it a fair trial, seeking help from Facebook groups and Reddit forums. After much effort, I managed to get it to run four charge and mow cycles without supervision. However, on the fifth cycle, it docked but didn't start charging.

I think you can try the buried wire mower robot, you only need to spend a few hours in the first place to lay out the line, in the later you don't need to worry about it running problems! I bought anthbot, a lawn-mowing robot, which I set up in the first few hours and then controlled from my phone. Not only does it not mess up my lawn, it doesn't stop working due to lack of gps!! By the way, if the thread you bury is accidentally broken, it can also show the exact position on the app

The fact that there has to be a video demonstrates how awful the paper instructions are. Does husqvarna test thie before they send it out?

When you're taking into account the canopy and doing the plumb line calculations, is it correct to assume that trimming off limbs (changing the width of the canopy) changes the plumb line? It seems obvious it must, but sometimes my intuition is off. No, I never took physics, so I found this video to be a great help -- not just eyeballing cuts (like most of the videos posted.)

How long the battery last in a single charge? In my Stihl MSA300 with an 18" bar cutting 20" diameter oak logs 11 cuts and the Stihl top battery is out of power.

@@GoodCascadeur I am trying to compare the top chainsaw and battery from Stihl with top chainsaw and battery from Husqvarna, so I think with be the BLS 300. In my case with Stihl I use to say, is like having a Mustang GT with gas tank in the reserve, the MSA300 is excellent bat the top battery isn't up to machine.
