Thank you for being so detailed I just picked up a pulley puller kit the only question I have is will it work with the factory power steering pump?

@Madhatter4x4 Ай бұрын
Man sorry for not responding sooner I Just used a cheap puller and the old pulley should just reinstall on the new pump

Should’ve built the boost up and let it eat 🔥 the wheel speed would have helped clear the mud out of the tread so you can grip more

The 81 Toyota Hilux I had ran circles around jeeps and pretty much everything else

Toyota are pretty capable off road rigs as well I started off with a 2x4 hilux back in the day. Jeeps are cheaper to buy parts for and I like the look off the front clip I also like the look of the front clip of the 74 landcruiser I had for a bit.

@@Madhatter4x4 the land cruiser was and is one of the most capable 4x4 on the planet that is why they are used in the African desert and jungle probably more than any other vehicles and the Hilux has been the most popular truck bought used in the United States and taken to the mountains of Mexico. That are virtually impossible to find in the United States anymore and when you do your looking at $30,000 for the same truck I bought new in 1981 for $4,500

As a stock vehicle no doubt but capable as far as the off road world is more or less how much money and time you want to dump in to your project. The plane for the jeep is 2 dana 60s with 4 wheel steer and 42s with lockers in both ends.
