Coin shops for the most part only like paying bullion prices for slabbed eagles , the 1986 eagle in MS70 goes for big money .

I like collecting eagles and libertads in slabs , I try and get them in the MS70 grade especially the libertads

I have a tube of 87s that I've never even opened. I bought it from a coin dealer back probably 15 years ago. He retired within about 1 year of my buying that tube. Nice pickups! Every ounce you have is like buying back and hour of your time that you won't have to work in the future to put food on the table or pay your bills. Keep stacking sir!

Yeah, they always say that "Gold is manipulated and Silver is controlled". I don't know one way or the other. I'm sure that they are both manipulated and/or influenced for the benefit of the moneyed elite who do not have the best interests of the average person in mind, but I don't reference any of that when it comes to buying. It's still real money, regardless of what they choose to do, and I don't think they'll be able to control it forever. The only things I ever bother to predict with regard to the metals is that the overall trajectory of their worth in terms of dollars and even purchasing power, to some degree, is up. The other is that whoever is buying ounces of Silver or Gold, those people and everyone around them will be better off than they otherwise would have been had they not purchased their metals. Keep stacking!

Congrats on doing well in the poker tournament. My wife loves Texas hold'em as well, but she doesn't get the chance to play these days, and I'm not much of a card player, unless it's just something simple like rummy or Uno with my young son. 🤣😂 Very sorry to hear about your friends who lost the loved one, but I suppose the purchase was really a win-win. It's always sad to hear about such evil taking place, but I have a feeling that kind of tragic circumstance is going to take place more and more in future years. Looks to me like you made some outstanding pickups. You really can't beat getting some decent condition Morgan dollars. To me, that's maybe even better than getting your hands on an American Silver Eagle. I spent $190 this past Friday for a similar purchase, though I got a Peace and a Morgan dollar along with two Silver Eagles, a round, a Barber half, and a few quarters. I don't usually buy Barbers, but when they are out for a good price, I'll snag 'em and put them into my sellable Silver stacks that I use to insulate my core Silver stack from having to be sold off. You're not a rich person, but your riches increase with each ounce of Silver you add to the stack. One of these days you'll look back and be amazed at just how wealthy you've become. Those are all great pickups! Take advantage of these prices while they last. That's why I like dollar-cost-averaging. It means that I automatically get to buy more when the prices drop, and I don't have to worry about trying to follow the price and see if my LCS or on-line dealers are keeping up with the price at the same time or if they are lagging. It's so much easier and just effort free to just buy with the same amount every two weeks. Sometimes you come up with 4 ounces, and then suddenly you're coming home with 6 ounces. I just bought 4+ ounces this last Friday. Keep stacking!

Market suppression, but here’s a great opportunity to buy!!!

Anytime there is any kind of significant sell-off in any part of the broader market, that constitutes a liquidity event. Gold & Silver almost always go down during those periods. The bigger the liquidity event (i.e. people needing money to meet margin calls and the like), the longer Gold & Silver will stay down and the further down they will go. They are always going to recover or course, but Silver & Gold contracts are used for this purpose all of the time, and there are a variety of banks and other players who also hold contracts in order to artificially influence the price, even when there is no significant market turmoil. My recommendation is that people take advantage of the lower prices and continue to make purchases as normal. Inflation hasn't gone away, and it's not likely to go away. In fact, in the long-term, it's highly likely that inflation will get worse. So while you're buying up that Silver, make sure you grab an extra can of food, bag of beans, and bag of rice. What you buy today and can store for a later date, the more purchasing power you're going to save yourself in the long-term. I really like the STAGG Chili in a can. That's the best canned Chili I've ever had. Much better than Wolf or Hormel. I'm going to be taking my son to the coin shop this morning, and we'll be picking up about $200 worth of Silver. Hopefully, that'll be at least 5 or 6 ounces of Silver. I'm still light on ASEs by about 60, and I'm low on 1 ounce generic bars by about 100. Hopefully, I can bring those numbers down a little today. We'll see. Yeah, it's not a problem to have a jar of shot, just like it's okay to have 40% & 35% Silver, but they are just a lot harder to sell for a good price than 80%, 90%, and 99.9% bullion. It's never a bad idea to have variety in your stack, but you just want to stay focused almost entirely on the higher purity and recognized Silver that is sold in a recognizable form. I know a guy who probably has about 85% of his Silver in 40% half dollars, and he thinks it'll be great. I've tried to talk him into trading it in for bullion, but he's concerned about losing ounces, since he got all of his 40% at face value prices through coin hunting boxes of half dollars. Hopefully, one of these days he'll change his mind and convert into a higher purity or maybe even into Gold. I sure hope he does. I may buy a jar of Silver shot one of these days, but I'm definitely not going to use it for stacking. Good video! Keep up the good work & keep stacking!

What do you think about other countries silver coins like the Canadian Maples Leaves or South African Krugerrand? Do you think those will have more "weight" or pull a better price as time goes on as opposed to US backed silver coins?

Appreciate the work while it's there. There may come a time in the next several years, where it's hard to find work or something that pays anything. It may be that you take Social Security only to find that you can buy some groceries or pay part of your utilities, but you can't do both. And of course, it won't go any distance toward paying your rent or your mortgage. At that point, what do you do? Well, if you're you, someone who's seen the writing on the wall and the storm clouds gathering on the horizon, you'll have something to fall back on that can really help, but the other folks who never took the time to notice the problems or look for solutions will just end up getting mugged by reality in the worst way. In today's environment, if you can't be contrarian and understand that things aren't the way that the government wants to portray them, then you're destined to be a victim. Keep doing your research and listening to solid people, but what you'll find is that, in the details, they will be right only part of the time, and it will generally be a minority of the time. Eventually, you're likely to settle in at the 30,000 foot view that lets you see the broad realities, but the details will remain mostly a mystery, despite the fact that you can always find all kinds of people making predictions at the close-up detail level. My own suspicion is that something will break or they will break something, and it will either allow them or force them into trying to force a reset into a national CBDC. Whether it'll all or nothing or a two-tiered system that they support on one side and let the other devalue over time, is an unknown. What is known is that they will struggle to get full adoption of national CBDCs across the world, and that will create an even bigger crisis. Eventually, things will get so bad that the world will be in the same position as Germany in the late 1920s and early 1930s, where a period of suffering and desperation seemed to give them the rational permission to do the unthinkable (i.e. elect a leader like Adolf Hitler). There will be someone or something that appears to be a viable solution, and the second reset will be accepted by the masses and come down like a hammer on those who still intend to resist. It's only going to be your level of preparedness, the relationships that you have, and the stored wealth you possess that will give you options to stay outside of the system. I've been putting some money into gas cards and grocery cards, since I know that they either don't expire or are good for a period of up to 2 to 3 years at minimum. I don't think that's as good an idea as holding Gold & Silver, but it's not a bad idea to have at least 2 to 3 months worth of gas and grocery expense on some gift cards that you can use in an emergency. Just an idea. Keep up the good work!
