Driving licence test is a total wastage sighting reasons as under; 1. LL definition is wrong bcoz when a person sit on driving seat for driving is deemed driver whether on learning or drive driving. In driving it faces lots of twist and turns curves and cuts turns hill road gali road highway and villages road with signal and without signals. Lights and off lights Jam wrong side driving in subject conditions traffic lane change by traffic police etc. Parking no parking etc. But even after these driving test nothing found disciplined at parking and road except disciplined parking and disciplined drive perfectly. 2. Driving come with practical driving vehicle and cautions found on road apart from keeping in mind with references cautions study material on you tube or booklet as found possible. 3. Driving licence test centres have big investment on its infrastructures countrywide and worldwide and it's maintenance cost incurred each day of every year and work load hassles and staff cost including electricity and electronic costing occurred on it but nothing found justified bcoz of following reasons as under. 4. Every day petrol diesel and others energy wastage. 5. Manpower wastage. 6. Management power wastage. 7. Painting, reality infrastructures cost and maintenance. See and ascertained and calculate these wastage cost every day through out the year and years to come in a country like ours India and worldwide nation wide when petrol diesel crises are worldwide. Arey fees to milta hai na parivahan treasury ko. Kya guarantee hai ki driving test k baad accident nahin hoga ya parking galat nahi hoga. Apni local parking check kijiye. Hence Driving licence should be given honourably when applied DL registration or After six six months automatic PDL issue. Photo etc. can be loaded on portal directly as required with fees deposit usually. DL to middle age and Senior citizens should be given and honoured bcoz driving help and kids Vehicle maintenance drive also for family group driving and personal driving also for emergency driving.
