These were the best cars to modify. I'll take any one of these cars more that I would a new car.

The Mustang II was a sales success, it was the right car for the time. The 1978 Olds Cutlass Salon 442 was just plain ugly. I have experience with the 1974 Pontiac Ventura GTO. I found itto be a well performing car. After 1972 no Ford Gran Torino was a muscle car, unless you stapped a jet engine to it. After 1974 the Dodge Charger was not a performance vehicle. The Pontiac Grand Prix was 1st introduced in 1962. The 1978 and 1979 Pontiac Trans-Am was available with a 220 Horsepower 6.6 liter V8. I really think all the people who write the scripts up for these videos either need to do their research or get terminated.

Trans Ams Did NOT have 5 litres in them in 1978. I have no idea where that came from.

LMMFAO! My '04 Honda accord with the k24A4 2.4l 4cyl engine coupled to the 5sp manual transmission is faster than all these cars. And it has more miles on it than all these cars combined! Okay, I exaggerate but not by much! About the miles not the fact that my car is faster than all of these and with more HP than almost all of them.

Were some of those Larks called "Daytona" ? thought I saw a "Hemi" that looked like a "wedge" and that something ran 0- 60 in "5 minutes" some of the small "full size" Dodges and Plymouths as well as a couple of the AMC cars would have put it on those GTOs ,might would have had a hard time against those Cyclone cockroachs however would rather have an AMC or a Barracuda or even a V8 Lark over most of the Mustangs didn't mention the '57 Rambler Rebel or the Studebaker Golden Hawk of about 1956 (had a Packard V8 which probably outperformed most of the Studebaker supercharged) at least the Pontiacs were comfortable all day trip roadcars, I have heard that some of them had cast iron connecting rods which meant that if you got into a serious stoplight contest with some of those other cars you would end up walking home

03:59 The '65 GTO pictured would be 335 or 360 HP... not "325" HP... and 360 is close to 2+2's 376 HP... with less weight to move in a GTO...

The pre-1966 Mercury Comets were based upon the Falcon chsssis, same chassis which was used in the development of the 1964-1/2 Mustang.

Nobody called these cars muscle cars, except idiots! Like the 74 GTO, what a joke, was never called a muscle car. Your Z-28 is not called an S car, more stupidity on your part.

Title of this Video says “FORGOTTEN Muscle Cars” I highly recommended if you’re serious about your channel show the car in the video you’re discussing and not other cars and talk about the Title without using CLick Bait to draw viewers in. Half these cars are popular
