gleaned soo much today from this podcast -leaders never correct people publicly but can instruct people publicly -a leaders actions must align to their words -during a crisis leaders serve as a repository of peoples fears and they absorb uncertainty

Such good leadership advice today. People really do connect better to those stories then even recalling the message we try to deliver! You're so right about this. 👌💥👍

I'm all about John Maxwell's Biblical leadership, and that is exactly what America and world needs more than ever right now... However, regarding division in America... With weaponization of DOJ/FBI/CIA/IRS/DHS, etc., 2020 being stolen, open borders, hijacked education system, institutionalized censorship, illegitimate corrupt administration forcing their agenda down throats of Americans... You're going to get some division... and rightfully so..! Therefore, it is my belief (and I believe John would agree) that when corrupt evil intention people grab the levers of power, the microphone..., it is a perfect opportunity for good, love, light, Godly obedience to rise as an alternate path for people to embrace..! And it is my opinion that the restraint of the God-fearing people in America is the only thing (other than God's grace) that is holding this nation together..! To right the ship, regain checks and balances, balance of power, rule of law, equal justice under law, that is America's foundation, it will be an ugly process to work through..., but necessary for America to get back to one nation under God..! 🇺🇸⚖️🗽🙏🙌💜

You can not give what you don’t have . That’s powerful . I like the Law of intentionality. You can not become what ever you want to become unless you are intentional about it . I am a great fan of your work Maxwell

This idea is true but putting it into practice is really tough because of emotional capacity , if that capacity is low it can leave you feeling drained and burnt out but if it's too high ,it can endup strengthening you،،as Maxwell said , it's important to develop emotional capacity
