Thanks for this mate. Now I can listen to this and play it out loud to annoy everyone for my own personal comedic pleasure.

This is the only close-up I could find of Nepal (the one in the far corner). Now I know what he looked like.

This is about pink champagne cocaine.

Not quite sure how this would be a reference to an alleged 'new drug' synthesised in 2017 when the song was released in 1992. The reference to salmon is rhyming slang for 'salmon and trout', snout, also known as tobacco. Nice try though :)

@@SimonDaviesCyclist Pink champagne was speed not cocaine, but it was one of the most popular drugs at the time being very pure amphetamine. The reference to salmon is definitely tobacco nonetheless.

@@archelon78 I get ya; though the original response suggested something called 'pink champagne cocaine', which forced me to look it up as I hadn't heard of it. I found the odd news story mentioning 'pink champagne' as a cocaine derivative hitting the streets in 2017 (allegedly). It's not the first time drug nick names have been conflated and confused :)

Granted, the song in its entirety was meant as a double entendre about a chap called Ebeneezer Goode and the drug MDMA (as you likely know). I snagged this clip for a specific purpose a while ago for comedic reasons. It was literally a salmon joke ;)

Sorry, but both teams chose, as you called it, an unsportsmanlike tactics. New Zealand team did it first, so they're mostly responsible for all that farce that resulted next.

I've updated the description a little. To be honest, this was a transcript taken from the board at the base of the KZ1 at the museum in New Zealand, so if it seems a little biased that would explain it :-)

Loved it! Where did you drive it? That area doesn't look familiar. Additionally how fast did it go and when are you going to strap a camera to it? Peace

Good grief, did I not answer this? I am hopeless on KZbin! This was filmed in a car park area for a recreational grounds called Heath Park in Cardiff :-) Don't tempt me with mounting cameras on stuff... I've gone all lego technic and mindstorms.....
