I think this is still a low ball because ninja like kakashi is capable of lightning speed so a casual speed of a lightning timer could easily be around mach 13 which means each day they could be traveling the distance of the earth to the moon. That same distance on the full scale Naruto world can be lay back to back 29 times so mileage around would be 8 times the size of the sun. Meaning a planetary threat in Naruto could easily be multi-star - solar system level and a moon level feat in Naruto would already be Slayer of Jupiter IRL or other verses like Db would put them between namek n cell saga+ power levels. That's not including Naruto baryon mode could be a low low multiplier of 15000x on that.
