He's lucky his wife doesnnt read paranormal romance. He would have had a chock. What with vamps, werewolves, dragons, warlock's and aliens.. I'm a fan of the genra and even i find most of them cringy. I mean i didn't finish a great number of books bc of the eroticising of criminal situations, abductions and abuse of power and the likes.. She would have had returned to xamp with a dungeon, instead of a man with a rose.

I identify with this story, too. I Love picking blueberries for many reasons. I never thought of it as a woman thing. My dad is a produce farmer. Being close with nature is therapeutic and it makes you a real provider

Erik, you need to get to the point quicker. Love your dry style but this was too much meandering.

If there’s one thing I learned, build up is everything for a female.

Then learn this too: we dislike being called 'females'. We prefer women, or human.

This showcases the vast gap analysis between what men want and what women want. Romance is part of the socialization of women and men go to shop class. The whole fairytale romance indoctrination of females sets them up for a life that will always feel lacking with whatever man they choose. It all needs to be rethunk.

that made me want to cry at the end. I'm so proud you cared enough to stay and help her as long as you could. it's hard even with your own biological children to not give up sometimes, but I know my teenaged daughter is going to look back and really appreciate me one day, too.
