Excellent hand-speed and body movement. Even with the fall which may have just been nerves when the applaud started while running backwards... The hard work put into training in this form is evident. Excellent performance by the performer. Thanks for posting this video!

These are all excellent practitioners of Praying Mantis Kung Fu. They're flexible, fast, and strong. Look at the surface they're practicing on. The orange/red dirt surface here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nKrHhauuj9KUaK8 Their soo BALANCED int heir movement even on the orange/red dirt surface. Some of these kids hands are moving soo fast, I can hardly see what they're doing. Not important that I know what they're doing, but they look like they know exactly what they're doing. Their Sifu must be excellent. This was 10 years ago at the time of me viewing this video. I wonder how they do the forms now. I'm sure they remember them. Would like to the the progression or evolution of their form execution from then until now. Thank you for posting this video! Absolutely a Praying Mantis treasure! . These are all excellent practitioners

現在中國龍口網上公開訊息教六合螳螂都是單香陵、趙春合的傳人在教。比較可惜，趙金德的傳人沒有公開教學。 趙金德所學六合螳螂拳是學自父親，他父親趙乾一是當年惟一跟丁子成對練弟子，秘手九十三手也是那時趙乾一跟丁子成實戰中整理出來手法，後來入門的晚輩多數都是趙乾一代師傳師弟。

Its called Liu He not Lu He. Interesting it looks very different from the Liu He Tang Lang of Han Yanwu.

练三大内家拳的拳师长寿的很少，但练螳螂拳的游很多长寿的拳师，所以真正想长寿的还是要练螳螂拳

typical Chinese journalism..... at the end they showed her helping to teach Zhou Shifus students, but the reporter says "she teaches many foreign students"
