I really love Shopify as a product. But, I feel it has no video content for developers. Good development documentation but some devs prefers video or a platform for dynamic learning like Freecodecamp. I would like to see it in Shopify, to learn Theme development, Theme customizations, apps, etc.

Can you guys get real developers to make updated tutorials? Plenty of talented devs who create video content on KZbin. These tutorials came out painfully contrived and over simplified, and-as a dev-this annoys me.

@@dusanjovanovski8752 oh I dont expect anything, I actually like the free ressources and would like to have the certificates. It's just that a) its not worth it for me, since in my experience nobody cares about those (yet) b) they are too expensive in that regard c) what you said is true and for some of those certificates it could make sense to have to refresh them but they could choose a different mechanic for it like tracking your partner account activity or so After all it's also us developers who recommend using Shopify as a platform to businesses and this offer at least to me does not seem like a win:win I have completed many of the ressources, also Shopify Plus stuff, and honestly, the contents are often not really in-depth. Have you completed them?

Great video! If only the "real" Shopify reviewers actually followed anything that is being discussed here. My team has been stuck in the Shopify App Review process for 8 weeks now and the ineptitude of the process and the reviewers is frustrating to the point of being hilarious. Response times are 10-14 days. And there have been occasions where the first reviewer contradicts the second reviewer. Finally, when the review team is on the same page, they review an older installation of the app and reject that! My advise is do not "Build for Shopify", rather keeping your solution loosely tied to the platform to manage any risk associated with a shabby app review process.
