Those clean moves and maintaining the figure is what makes gymnastics special.

Think about this because it does make sense: After a day of football, a gymnast would be bruised. But after a day of gymnastics, a football player would be exhausted. That goes to show just how tough being a gymnast really is. These women would absolutely wear out the average person and leave them feeling exhausted. I also admire both how tough these women are, but I also admire them for how strong they are. 👯🧘🏇🏂🏄🚣🏊⛹️🏋️🚴🚵🏎️🏍️🤸🤼🤽🤾💏👩❤️👩👪👨👩👧👦

This sure looks like a lot of hard work. But these young women keep their bodies in excellent physical shape. I bet there are a lot of people who wish their bodies were in as good a physical condition as these young women keep their bodies in. Their hard work sure does pay off, doesn't it ? Because this is a lot of hours spent in a gym. 🤗😎❤️💓💕💖💗💝💞💟💍🎖️🏆🏅🥇👍👌🏃👯🧗🧘🏇⛷️🏌️🚣🏊⛹️🏋️🚴🚵🏎️🏍️🤸🤼🤽🤾

Gorgeous dance. One of the few gymnasts who actually goes into the leaps correctly without straight legs that swing around the side. She pliés and is in line. Her back saltos were also very high. Nice routine!

That's great and all, but how do you even get them to do the jump to candlestick. I've been trying to get my tumblers to do that for a year now and they still don't look like the girls in the video. That drill is harder than the actual layout. LOL!
@sofiahenke74324 жыл бұрын
Meg M hey I know this is an old comment but this has helped me with kids that don’t understand how to jump to the candlestick shape: I have them lay on their back (arms by ears, feet together) and lift their butt off the floor. Then I just lift their feet (not super slow but not fast either) and challenge them to hold that flat hips shape. I have them go all the way up to a candlestick and then I lower the feet back down to the ground (they are still lifting hips the whole time). Then with the jump back I tell them to remember that same hip lifting action as they jump back. It’s a quick little mini drill that has helped some of my more stubborn pikey ones- it’s hard to explain it in words lol but hopefully it’ll be helpful to you or anyone reading this!
